June 11 - Up again at 5:00 AM and off and running after breakfast to Peter of Gallicantu, a church that was built on the proposed site of the house of Caiaphas.  We saw the church and a dungeon that is like the one that Jesus would have been held in before his trial.  It also commemorates the denial of Jesus by Peter and is called The Cock Crows.

After this stop we went into the the city to visit the Hasmonian Tunnel which is an excavation along the Western Wall.
We ended up at the Church of the Redeemer, a Lutheran Church int eh Old City.

After this we all went our own way
with some of us coming back on the  bus.  Phyllis then went and took a nap and I came down to the bar to slave away on the blog.  Now we have to pack and the group will take off in the AM.  The next group comes in on the 13th at 5:00 PM.
